Focus on Geographic Atrophy with Dr. Nate Lighthizer

Welcome back to our surgical spotlight with Dr. Nate Lighthizer. We discussed geographic atrophy and Macular Degen treatments that are now FDA approved. Additionally, we talk about intravitreal injections and what this means for the future of the profession. 

Dr. Lighthizer is an Associate Professor and the Associate Dean for the NSU Oklahoma College of Optometry. He also is the Director of the Continuing Medical Education Program for the College of Optometry, and the Chief of the Specialty Care Clinics.
